Using their DEMAG CC 3800-1 & TEREX CC2500-1 Crawler cranes, Integrated Logistics Company (ILC) installed HRSG modules and Drums at the 750 MW Sabiya – 3 CCGT Power Plant, Kuwait

The work was executed in conjunction with contractor Alghanim International General Trading & Contracting Co. WLL, Kuwait

Plant Owner: Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW)

Name of Project: 750 MW Sabiya – 3 CCGT Power Plant, Kuwait

A combined-cycle power plant uses both a gas and a steam turbine together to produce up to 50 percent more electricity from the same fuel than a traditional simple-cycle plant. The waste heat from the gas turbine is routed to the nearby steam turbine, which generates extra power.

Integrated Logistics Company assembled their DEMAG CC3800-1 lattice boom crawler cranes in SSL configuration with 84.0 m boom length and used the super lift counter weight 325.0 ton for the heaviest module. Their TEREX CC2400-1 lattice boom crawler cranes were assembled in the SSL configuration with 54.0 m boom length and used full super lift counter weight. The CC 3800-1 can lift its maximum capacity at 12 meters radius and can take 110 tonnes to a height of 120 meters.

Middle East logistics provider Integrated Logistics Co. runs a fleet of crawler, All Terrain, Rough Terrain, truck and boom truck cranes, ranging from three to 2,300 tonnes. Integrated Logistics Company is established with a vision to provide total engineered solutions to the logistics industry. In 2018, Integrated Logistics Co. added two new Demag CC 3800-1 lattice boom crawler cranes.

The biggest crane of Integrated Logistics, CC 8800-1, added Booster kit to boost the performance to new heights, particularly when working with steep and long boom configurations.

The Integrated Logistics was awarded “LEEA” (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association) Development Member on November 2014.
