Change of Board Member Saipem

Saipem announced resignation of the non-executive member of the Board Pierfrancesco Latini

Saipem informs that, today – and with effect from the date of the resolution of the Board of Directors of Saipem S.p.A. appointing a new member of the Board pursuant to art. 2386 of the Italian civil code – Mr Pierfrancesco Latini, a non-executive and non-independent member of the Board and a member of Saipem’s Audit and Risk Committee, resigned due to his recent appointment in SACE S.p.A., as Managing Director.

As of today, Mr Latini has no shareholdings in the Company.
