HLV Svanen Installs Floating MPs at Danish Kriegers Flak Offshore Wind Farm

In record time Van Oord’s heavy lift vessel Svanen successfully and safely installed all of the foundations for the Danish Kriegers Flak Offshore Wind farm in the Baltic Sea.

A total of 72 monopiles were transported from Rostock, Germany, directly to the offshore site.

The transition pieces were transported on barges from Aalborg, Denmark. Check out the video to see the Svanen in action!
